At Diamond Cargo Express, we’re proud to recognize Racine “Rainy” Williams as our Driver of the Quarter for Q1 2026, her second consecutive quarter earning this honor.
Repeating at the top of a competitive fleet isn’t easy, but Rainy has done it by holding herself to the same standard quarter after quarter: drive safely, show up ready, and take care of the customer.
Q1 2026 told the story in the numbers. Rainy turned in one of the cleanest safety scorecards on the fleet, zero mobile usage events, zero seat belt violations, and one of the lowest inattentive driving counts among full-quarter drivers. Every call-off was excused and properly communicated, and she had no at-fault incidents on the road. That kind of consistency is exactly what our customers rely on, and exactly what we look for in a Driver of the Quarter.
Highlights of Rainy’s Q1 2026 Performance:
Distraction-free driving:
Zero mobile usage events the entire quarter — eyes on the road, hands on the wheel, every mile.
Spotless safety compliance:
No seat belt violations and one of the lowest inattentive driving scores in the fleet.
No at-fault incidents:
The only events on her record were a lockout and a no-fault flat tire — neither reflecting on her driving.
Dependable attendance:
All absences were excused and communicated in advance, keeping dispatch ahead of the schedule rather than behind it.
Customer-first attitude:
Rainy continues to bring the same positive, professional presence to every stop that earned her this recognition the first time around.

As our company continued to grow and evolve this year, Stephanie stood out as a constant source of stability, professionalism, and leadership. Originally hired as an Account Manager, she quickly became integral to our daily operations—managing customer communication, coordinating deliveries, completing documentation, and supporting dispatch with accuracy and efficiency.
When the team experienced a significant staffing change, Stephanie stepped up without hesitation. She took on a dramatically expanded workload, absorbing multiple major accounts and becoming the primary point of contact for customer service. She handled inbound calls, routing inquiries, and resolving concerns with the patience and professionalism our customers rely on.
One of the most challenging periods of the year involved a major system outage for one of our partners, requiring all orders to be manually entered, tracked, and reconciled. Stephanie played a critical role in keeping both organizations aligned during this unexpected disruption. Her attention to detail and commitment to accuracy ensured freight was accounted for and customers remained informed throughout the process.
Through all of this, Stephanie consistently volunteered for extra hours, supported her team, and maintained a positive, solutions‑focused attitude. She managed demanding schedules, difficult reschedules, and tough customer conversations with honesty, empathy, and grace.
Her work directly strengthened the operational stability of Diamond Cargo Express during one of our most challenging and fast‑moving years. Quite simply, we could not have navigated this period without her.
