Diamond Cargo Express is proud to recognize Stephanie Palmer as our 2025 Employee of the Year.

As our company continued to grow and evolve this year, Stephanie stood out as a constant source of stability, professionalism, and leadership. Originally hired as an Account Manager, she quickly became integral to our daily operations—managing customer communication, coordinating deliveries, completing documentation, and supporting dispatch with accuracy and efficiency.

When the team experienced a significant staffing change, Stephanie stepped up without hesitation. She took on a dramatically expanded workload, absorbing multiple major accounts and becoming the primary point of contact for customer service. She handled inbound calls, routing inquiries, and resolving concerns with the patience and professionalism our customers rely on.

One of the most challenging periods of the year involved a major system outage for one of our partners, requiring all orders to be manually entered, tracked, and reconciled. Stephanie played a critical role in keeping both organizations aligned during this unexpected disruption. Her attention to detail and commitment to accuracy ensured freight was accounted for and customers remained informed throughout the process.

Through all of this, Stephanie consistently volunteered for extra hours, supported her team, and maintained a positive, solutions‑focused attitude. She managed demanding schedules, difficult reschedules, and tough customer conversations with honesty, empathy, and grace.

Her work directly strengthened the operational stability of Diamond Cargo Express during one of our most challenging and fast‑moving years. Quite simply, we could not have navigated this period without her.
